CANCELLATION POLICY

📅 24-Hour Notice Required We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 💳 Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. 🚫 No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 💰 Deposits All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled within the 24-hour notice window. ⏰ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Special Occasion & Appointment Timing Policy To ensure that every client receives the quality, care, and attention their service deserves, we strongly recommend that clients do not schedule hair appointments on the same day as weddings, birthday celebrations, parties, photoshoots, flights, or other time-sensitive engagements whenever possible. At Terika’s Beauty & Spa, we do not rush services in order to accommodate outside schedules or upcoming events. Hair services can vary in timing depending on the condition, length, density, texture, and individual needs of each client’s hair. Occasionally, unexpected circumstances may also arise during an appointment that require additional time and attention. Please understand that your scheduled appointment time reserves your service for that day; however, it does not guarantee that your service will begin at the exact minute of your scheduled time. While we make every effort to remain on schedule and respect each client’s time, slight delays may occur. If you have an important event or engagement, we highly recommend booking your appointment at least one day in advance to allow yourself plenty of time and avoid unnecessary stress.
